In fact, we even named Il Bagnet after a classic Piedmontese sauce, made with parsley and anchovies with lashings of salt, often served with boiled meat.
We locally source everything from nearby farms, growers and breeders from the area who know the landscape and environment, as well as the best methods used with their animals and produce, helping to maximise the flavours of all our dishes.
